HOW CAN I BOOK A PRIVATE CHARTER?

You can book your private charter by contacting our team via phone, WhatsApp, or email. Alternatively, you may submit a booking request directly through our website.

WHICH DESTINATIONS DO YOU REACH WITH CHARTERS?

We offer private boat charters and luxury boat transfers to several destinations including Ischia, Capri, Procida, Amalfi Coast, Positano, Sorrento, Ponza, Ventotene, and surrounding areas.

Custom itineraries are also available upon request.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

Our cancellation policy is super flexible and is designed to be fair, transparent, and aligned with international yacht charter standards.

Cancellation Policy:

• Free cancellation up to 7 days before the charter date.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the charter date: 50% of the service amount will be charged.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the charter date, or in case of no-show: 100% of the service amount will be charged.

Late Arrival/Delay Policy:

To ensure the best possible experience for all guests, we kindly ask you to respect the agreed boarding time.

• Delay up to 1 hour: no charges apply.
• Delay between 1 and 2 hours: €200 per hour will be charged.
• Delay exceeding 2 hours or no-show: 100% of the service amount will be charged.

CAN I CHANGE MY RESERVATION?

We try to be as flexible as possible. All changes and rescheduling requests are subject to availability and notice period. Please, note that all reschedules are subject to boat availability and in case of boat unavailability, refunds cannot be guaranteed from the Yacht Management Company. Reschedules on the same-day must have at least 3 hours notice before boarding time.

WHAT HAPPENS IN CASE OF ADVERSE WEATHER CONDITIONS?

The safety and comfort of our guests are always our top priority.

In case of adverse weather or unsafe sea conditions, the charter may be modified, postponed, or cancelled depending on operational and safety assessments. We will notify any changes as far in advance as possible.

In case of adverse weather/sea conditions (waves over 1.8 meters) we will notify the guest and agree together on a different date for the charter service, otherwise 100% will be refunded.

WHAT TYPES OF BOATS ARE USED FOR PRIVATE TRANSFERS?

We use a fleet of safe and comfortable boats, suitable for the number of passengers and sea conditions. Specific boat details will be provided at the time of booking.

Boat Policy: confirmations of our transfers are made by boat category. Any photos sent for confirmation do not guarantee that the service will be performed by the boat pictured in the photo. Depending on circumstances, another boat may be chosen but always still in the same category.

ARE THERE LUGGAGE RESTRICTIONS FOR TRANSFERS?

Luggage restrictions may change depending on the size of the boat and travel conditions. We will communicate any restrictions at the time of booking.

WHAT SAFETY MEASURES ARE PROVIDED ON BOARD?

The safety of our passengers is an absolute priority. All boats are equipped with mandatory safety equipment. We supply life jackets and follow strict marine safety regulations. Our crew is trained to handle emergency situations.

CAN I BRING BULKY ITEMS OR SPECIAL EQUIPMENT ON BOARD?

In most cases, yes.

Please notify us in advance if you intend to bring bulky luggage, sports equipment, strollers, or any special items, so we can confirm availability and proper arrangements.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS FOR PRIVATE CHARTERS AND TRANSFERS?

We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer and all other electronic payment methods. Specific details will be provided during the booking process.

ARE THERE ANY EXTRA COSTS?

Transfer charges may include port taxes, fuel for the defined itinerary, and other additional charges. We will clearly inform you of all associated charges and whether some ports have extra taxes during booking process.

Depending on the itinerary, additional costs may apply, including:
• Port taxes
• Fuel supplements for custom routes
• Extra waiting time
• Additional onboard services

All applicable costs will always be clearly communicated before confirmation.
